This policy explains what HALO Studio collects through this website, why, and who receives it. In short: we use what you send us to reply to you, and analytics and advertising tools stay off unless you accept them.
Who we are
This website is run by FGI Media LLP, which operates the HALO Studio product engineering brand. Our registered address is 7-1-215/C/3 BK Guda, SR Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad 500038, Telangana, India. For any privacy question or request, email halostudio.in@gmail.com.
What we collect

The tracking in the last row does not record what you type into the contact form. If you accept cookies and submit the form, we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address so that it can match the enquiry to an ad you saw.
Our legal basis
Where the law asks for one, we rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, on steps you ask us to take before a contract when we answer an enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing this website.
Who receives your data
- Vercel hosts the website and processes server logs.
- Google stores contact form submissions in Google Sheets and provides the website fonts. If you accept cookies, Google also receives data through Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
- Meta receives data through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API only if you accept cookies.
- Supabase stores Cockpit accounts, project data and files, and sends its sign-in emails.
- Authorities or advisers may receive data where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data. These companies may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Cockpit, our private client workspace, uses no analytics or advertising tools. It keeps you signed in with a session stored in your browser, which is needed for it to work.
You can change your choice at any time with . Each provider decides how long its own cookies last and publishes the details in its documentation.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk to you and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or limit how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email us to make a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.
